Concrete foundation for Phase III
Another early morning pour with Ogden Brothers Construction . A 300 cubic yard 16,000 square-foot pad poured at once. It took 107 trucks and 100 men eight hours to complete for GB My Other Place in Naples. A laser screed was utilized for time management and finish quality.
Hurricane Irma
Hurricane Irma came and went. My Other Place shows no sign of problems. The power is on and there are no indications of structural damage. We anticipate that 142 mph may have blown some water up to get into units, but that would be minor if at all. Phase I and Phase II look great! Phase III had it’
