- Possibly — we may be able to combine two adjacent units.

- Yes, various options are available.
- What are the estimated monthly HOA fees?
- Approximately $250 per month.
- Are there any rentals available?
- Occasionally — an owner or investor may have a unit available to rent.
- Can I rent my unit out?
- Yes, owners may rent out their units.
Units & features
- Is plumbing available?
- Yes — plumbing hookups are available for your convenience.
- Do the units have cable conduit?
- Yes — cable and internet connections are built in, which is also great for security systems.
Use & rules
- Can I live in the unit?
- No — units are not residences.
- Are these "man-caves"?
- These are personal storage units — what you make of yours is up to you.
- Can I run my business out of a unit?
- No — commercial operations aren't permitted.
- Is there outside storage?
- No — all storage is enclosed.
